IFAA 2024

International Federation of Associations of Anatomists (IFAA) 2024 hosted by Korean Association of Anatomists (KAA) will be held from September 5 to 8, 2024 in Gwangju, Korea. The KAA invites you to submit proposals for symposia for the IFAA 2024. We are looking to select high-quality symposia from all over the world. If you would like to organize a symposium, please complete the Symposium Proposal Form and submit it by email at paper@ifaa2024.org by December 31, 2023. The scientific program committee will review the symposium proposals after the submission deadline. Acceptance will be notified via email within January 2024.

For further inquiries, please contact paper@ifaa2024.org.

Please read carefully and follow the guidelines below:

Criteria for Proposals

Topics should be relevant to the broad IFAA membership, and fall into one of these categories:
Gross Anatomy, Neuroanatomy/Neuroscience, Development/Cell biology/Tissue Engineering, Biological Anthropology, Anatomical Education, Ethics in Anatomy, Anatomical Terminology, and Inno-Anatomy.

The theme for IFAA 2024 is Innovative Anatomy; we are accepting session proposals on all topics, including but not limited to symposium topics below.
Proposals do not need to be limited to these topics or they can combine topics in thoughtful and creative ways.

Highest priority will be given to the symposium proposals that include a diverse group of participants (e.g., gender, race, and country of origin).
Also, the scientific program committee will give priority to the proposals of broader and outstanding interest to IFAA members.

If you have an idea for other session types (e.g. pre-congress workshop, in-congress workshop, panel, etc.), please contact paper@ifaa2024.org.
